Wilhelmina’s Seasonal Feast returns to the Balmain’s restaurant, showcasing the venues love of Australian wine and livestock producers in a six course wine dinner incorporating the rich, hearty flavours of winter.
McLaren Vale winery Yangarra Estate and NSW beef producer Farmgate to Plate will host a one-night-only dinner at Wilhelmina’s Liquid + Larder on Wednesday 12 July 2017.
The evening is designed to share a meal with friends, made up of some of the finest beef New South Wales has to offer with one of the best wineries in Australia, Yangarra Estate. Reservations are available to small and large groups up to twenty people.
Combining the rich flavours and hearty ingredients of winter, the Wilhelmina’s team are creating six courses with grass-fed, free range beef product from New South Wales’ South Coast Provedore ‘Farmgate to Plate’ paired with wine from Yangarra Estate Winery.
The evening will be hosted by Yangarra Estate’s National representative Alex Tulikova and Farmgate to Plate’s Nathan Creary as they present their amazing products to guests and explain what makes them unique. This menu will only be available for one-night-only.
